Know who buys, and who’s drifting away.
Every night BasketBooster reads your order history and turns it into a customer list your email tool can act on: who your champions are, who is about to churn, and what each of them should see next.
Your customers, sorted by what to do.
Segments refresh every night from your real orders. This is the shape of it: who to reward, who to win back, when the next order should land.

Customer #0977

From order history to a mailing list.
Send orders with a customer id
The feed is built from orders that carry a user_id. The WooCommerce plugin sends it automatically; on a custom store you include it in your order sync. It needs no names and no emails: the id is enough.
Every night, every customer
BasketBooster recalculates each customer: which of seven segments they fall into, how likely they are to churn, when their next order should land, and what they are worth over the next twelve months.
Pull the list into your email tool
One API call exports the whole thing, filtered by segment or by replenishment due. Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Brevo or your own CRM read it directly.
From dashboard to inbox.
The numbers live in your dashboard, but the point is what your email tool does with them.
The Customers page
Segment tiles and the full customer table, with the at-risk money counted up: how much of your historical revenue sits with customers who are drifting away.
The win-back list
At-risk and hibernating customers, ranked by what they used to spend. That is the exact audience for a win-back campaign.
Replenishment reminders
A customer buys the same coffee every six weeks, and week seven has started. The feed flags them, your email tool sends the nudge.
Per-customer picks
Your top customers by revenue come with ten precomputed product recommendations each, ready to drop into a newsletter.
Numbers your email tool can act on.
Measured against your store, not a template
Every customer is scored against your own customer base, so a champion in a small store is a champion of that store. The seven segments follow the standard RFM playbook: champions, loyal, new, promising, at risk, hibernating, lost.
Honest about what it is
Churn risk is a heuristic built on each customer’s own ordering rhythm, and the docs say so plainly. CLV is a twelve-month run rate damped by that risk: a number made for ranking, never for accounting.
It feeds the tools you already pay for
BasketBooster doesn’t send the emails. It hands Klaviyo, Mailchimp or Brevo a clean, nightly-fresh list, so your campaigns keep running where they already run.
Privacy stays intact
The feed works on customer ids, the same anonymised ids the rest of BasketBooster uses. Names and emails never touch our servers; you join the id to a person inside your own tools.
One endpoint, filtered your way.
Orders with a user_id are the only requirement. The customer feed is then a single API call, filterable by segment, by last update, or by replenishment due, and each export counts as one widget request rather than one per customer.
